Dec 09, 2010 – India's largest International Independent Music label W.O.A International which is based out of Goa will be hosting its third annual W.O.A Records India Tour and Festival from December to January across India with the main gala event to be held in January in Goa featuring the worlds biggest Independent Rockstars. 

The W.O.A Tour will see some of the world's best International Independent stars performing across major cities in India along with none other than Goa's own rockstar and Internationally celebrated singer Oliver Sean headlining the tour.

Third parties are hereby notified not to contract these people for any performances, recordings, broadcast or anything to do in the entertainment industry without an official N.O.C received by W.O.A International directly allowing them to perform etc. 

W.O.A International will move to legal proceedings against any party contracting with any of these artists as it goes against their legal contracts with W.O.A International

The Official Legal Public Notice to the two absconding artists namely
Elvis Fernandes alias Elvis Kahn and Lloyd Godinho alias Lloyd Paul
and third parties.

These two individuals are under legal contract to W.O.A International
and legally bound to render services to the Company and are called
upon to refrain from contracting with any third parties.

Oliver Sean's first single re-released!

Goa, India - 9th June, 2010 - International Rocker Oliver Sean's first single that was released in 1998 is re-released on W.O.A Records today. The single that started it all off for the singer/songwriter was a highly acclaimed song that was released when the singer was 18 years old and received fantastic reviews from critics and radio stations across the Middle East and India.

Hollywood Actress & Model turned professional Singer joins the elite W.O.A International Artist Roster

Goa India - 22nd May, 2010 - W.O.A International's eclectic mix of artists on their elite Artist Roster is being referred to as The most sought after artist list in and around India. With some of Rock, Pop, Metal & Chillout music's biggest names signed to W.O.A International there is however one genre that has constantly been growing at W.O.A international behind the scenes and that is Jazz and its various sub genres. Yaz Alexander is one of the UK's unsung reggae / jazz music heroines whose history in those genres spans over twenty years. A former backing vocalist for UK reggae luminaries such as Pato Banton and the iconic Steel Pulse, Yaz showcases her sultry and sophisticated vocal ability on this her third solo release. Unlike her previous two releases, Life Begins (2007) and Cry For Freedom (2009) which were both almost exclusively orthodox reggae, One Step Closer sees this beautiful songstress fuse other music genres e.g. R'n'B, Soul, Jazz, Dancehall, Hip Hop & Bhangra to create a unique sound which gives credence to the claim that Yaz Alexander is not just a reggae / jazz music singer, rather she is a singer per se.

Since her solo debut in 2007, Yaz Alexander has become a regular fixture on the vibrant summer festival circuits of Europe and the UK and indeed she has also taken her mesmeric stage show as far a field as North America and the Caribbean. In 2007, Yaz was commissioned by an heritage lottery funded project to write an ode to commemorate the bi-centenary of the abolition of the slave trade in Great Britain and the track that she penned, "Cry For Freedom" was subsequently used incidentally in an edition of BBC TV's award winning documentary, Panorama – an episode contemporized by the fact that the subject of the episode was the rise of the now British Prime Minister, David Cameron.
