The breakthrough Indie singer and songwriter, whose VH1 Top 10 Album that Rolling Stone magazine called, “It’s like the Eagles have hired Jack Johnson for some lessons on lightening up”, has lightened up indeed by surprising fans with his acoustic side at all his performances since the start of the year. Oliver Sean has now announced dates of his Summer Tour that will see the platinum selling artist performing his new stripped down acoustic rock material across the UK, America, Costa Rica and Portugal.

His new single, highly anticipated by his fans, will also be launched during the New York Leg of the tour at the legendary Cafe Wha? on 11th June; the song is titled ‘New York’!

“I think touring in Summer is just fantastic, most of the gigs are at festivals and open air gigs by the beach, which means I get to wear shorts, a bandana and play the guitar to happy crowds drinking beer!” says the VH1 Top10 Singer-Songwriter with a laugh, “this time around I will also have a chance to introduce my acoustic side and release my new single called ‘New York’ in New York City, how cool is that?”

Oliver Sean has now announced dates of his Summer Tour that will see the platinum selling artist performing his new stripped down acoustic rock material across the UK, America, Costa Rica and Portugal.

His new single, highly anticipated by his fans, will also be launched during the New York Leg of the tour at the legendary Cafe Wha? on 11th June, the song is titled 'New York'!

"I think touring in Summer is just fantastic, most of the gigs are at festivals and open air gigs by the beach, which means I get to wear shorts, a bandana and play the guitar to happy crowds drinking beer!" says the Vh1 Top10 Singer Songwriter with a laugh, "this time around I will also have a chance to introduce my acoustic side and release my new single called 'New York' in New York City, how cool is that"

Oliver Sean is also scheduled to appear on several TV and Radio shows during this tour with live performances on some of the television shows, which will give fans in cities not covered on the tour, a chance to watch Oliver Sean perform his new material live.

INVOKING THE LEGENDS PROJECT:

The Invoking the Legends project was started by me and my friends to help animals in distress in places like Goa and other regions where stray animals require as much assistance as possible. This project took off only because of the help of my friends and fans who donated towards this project. Initially we collected around 500 GBP and my team & I doubled that money to kickstart this project. Our first goal was to start some sort of late night emergency outlet for stray dogs and animals in Goa when there is no one around to help them. We have now started work towards this and hope it will make a small difference in the quality of life for these wonderful animals that only have love to give and nothing else.The Bootleg Recordings Vol.1 is the first CD/EP of the Invoking the Legends project with many more to come. All sales money of the CD/Download is utilised in FULL for Animal Welfare. The specially packaged and personally signed CDs are now on their way to all our pledgers/supporters who made this happen. The 7th WOA International Music Festival across India and Dubai ended on a high note as the Goa Chillout Zone Vol.6 was released to media and fans worldwide

W.O.A International - March 2, 2015 - PANAJI, India / Leicester, UK / NYC, USA -- As the 7th Annual WOA International Music Festival and Tour across India and Dubai comes to an end, musicians, fans and media in India and Dubai/UAE region say goodbye to a whole host of International artists who made this years Festival  the best one so far, conceptualised and organised by W.O.A International, in association with Vh1 and Pride Sun Village Resort, annually for the past 7 years.

This year the festival started off with a massive media buzz and thousands of fans in attendance on the 31st of January in Goa, the tour then ended with a bang in Dubai, one day before Valentines Day. The WOA International Music Festival his year featured International stars and upcoming artists alike, from the UK, Portugal, USA, Costa Rica and Canada. Headlining the gigs throughout the WOA International Music Festival and Tour was MTV Europe Music Awards Nominee Oliver Sean, along with Jazz star Laura Ainsworth, Latin Rockers Nagmah and Blues debutant Charu Puri.

One of the highlights this year was the launch of the Global Chill album 'Goa Chillout Zone Vol.6'. The CD was released on stage at the festival by WOA Entertainment Group Founder and MTV EMA Nominee Oliver Sean along with Ex Minister of Power and Environment for Goa, India, Mr. Alexio Sequeira.

"The Goa Chillout Zone Vol.6 releasing this year during the WOA International Music Festival and Tour alongside WOA Stars like Nagmah, Laura AInsworth and Charu Puri is going to give a big boost to the 24 artists that are featured on this album and this compilation as a whole" said Oliver Sean, Producer of the Goa Chillout Zone Series, "releasing it officially in Goa, which is this albums namesake, and during our most successful festival and tour yet, is a moment we will cherish for a long time to come"

The Goa Chillout Zone Vol.6 features 24 International artists from different parts of the world including artists from the WOA International Music Festival 2015. All songs on this double CD are from the Easy Listening or Chillout genres and also features International Indie stars including Canadian new age artist Lenka Lichtenberg who has been making waves in the new age and chillout music markets with her song Open My Eyes and has been featured on past WOA Compilations and various TV channels via the WOA TV Show - All Things Music.

Also making a debut on the Goa Chillout Zone and on a  chillout album for the first time ever is Australian band Moscato who are known to write hit songs that deal with social issues, their previous song 'Why War' created quite a stir on radio stations in India when it was promoted on the WOAFM99 Radio Show. The Goa Chillout Zone this year also features a chillout reggae song by EVER-G, one of Jamaica's upcoming reggae stars.
